Intellect Meet was initiated in the year 2008 for the Staff Members to provide a healthy competitive platform and enrich themselves in different topics. Genius Group of Schools organizes “Intellect Meet” for the Staff Members of all the schools: Genius School, Jay International School, Rajkot International School, Kalawad English Medium School and Genius Kids Kingdom franchisee every year. It is a competition amongst the teachers wherein they have to select a topic from any of the criteria like Science and Technology, Psychology, Education, Commerce, General, Social, Politics and Sports and they have to survey on the topic to get views regarding their survey sample. Around 200 projects are included in the competition and are discussed upon amongst the teachers for the views put forth.
From the academic year 2021-2022, Junior Intellect Meet was initiated for the students of Grade 9 & 11 with an aim to develop competitiveness in the young minds. They are provided prior training and guidance on executing their research and developing presentation skills.
